Preparing for Launch!

Welcome to Intellectual Takeout.

We are currently in the beta phase of development. Most of the site is complete, but minor tweaks and adjustments are still being made here and there as we receive feedback. You are invited to peruse the site, add us to your favorites, subscribe to the RSS feed, and, of course, let us know what you think by commenting on this blog post or e-mailing.

We should add that the library is currently under construction. Most of our efforts are focused on updating the sections on the environment, economics, and the Great Depression. Given the headlines these days, we believe those are the places to start. Once those sections are built out, we’ll be adding to the other sections listed in the Library. You can expect almost daily updates as we get closer to our official launch. Thanks for visiting and we hope you stick around!

P.S. You might be asking why a site devoted to freedom would feature a Soviet rocket. Two reasons: 1) It looks cool and 2) It played a very important role in history.
